Radish cakes are the must food for Chinese New Year. We can try something new by adding black sesame and almond into traditional turnip cake. Ingredients: - Organic white Radish 2.5kg
- Organic White Flour from Green Shop 400g
- Rice Flour 400g
- Organic Black Sesame 10g
- Apricot Kernels, Natural Favoured 10g
- Chinese sausages 2
- Salt, Sugar, Pepper powder (a little)
Procedures: - Cut the Chinese sausages into small cubes and stir fly them.
- Stir fly the diced radish, add flour and mix them up slowly.
- Add all Chinese sausages, a little salt, sugar and pepper powder into the mixture.
- Put the mixture into a big bowl and steamed it for two hours.
- Add black sesame and chopped Apricot Kernels on the surface of radish.
