Terms of Service

1. Use of rules

If you want to become a member of Hong Kong Fair Trade Power, or use services provided by Hong Kong Fair Trade Power, you must agree to abide by the usage rules, these rules will be your part of the agreement in which you accept these usage rules.

2. Modifications of the Terms of Service

Hong Kong Fair Trade Power will, under certain circumstances, modify the Terms of Service without notifying you. If you wish to continue to use services provided by Hong Kong Fair Trade Power after changes are made to the Terms of Service, you must agree to accept the modified Terms of Service.

3. Registration Information

Hong Kong Fair Trade Power has the right to disclose user information to third parties, including registration information, but Hong Kong Fair Trade Power will not publicize a user’s real name, account number and other personal information. Unless a user explicitly requests Hong Kong Fair Trade Power or an authorized personal through services to disclose this information, and in accordance with the appropriate legal and procedural requirements of the Hong Kong Fair Trade Power to provide personal information. If the information provided by the user is inaccurate, Hong Kong Fair Trade Power reserves the final decision in service provision for the user.

4. An user Account, Password and Security

Upon completion of the ‘Service’ registration, thereby becoming an user, you will receive a password and account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the password and account. Users are obliged to take full responsibility of the usage of the password and account. Users are to immediately notify Hong Kong Fair Trade Power upon unauthorized use of password and account or any other situation when there is an issue with security. If you fail to comply with this term of service in cases of loss and/or damage, Hong Kong Fair Trade Power will not be able to handle the problem, nor is responsible of loss and/or damage.

5. Individual Service on the Terms of Use

Users in use of the forum, unless otherwise stated in another contract, must abide by the rules of the forum (or else membership will be cancelled without any compensation). Rules will be posted in a specific manner, and the forum administrator has absolute right to view your forum post and information (excluding real name and account number).

6. Amendment or Interruption in Services

Hong Kong Fair Trade Power reserves the right to amend or interrupt services at anytime without the consent of members. If Hong Kong Fair Trade Power uses its right to amend or interrupt a service, then neither users nor third parties are responsible.

7. Service Use Behavior

You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, audio, photos, graphics, video, messages and other information, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the responsibilities of the person displaying materials. This means you, not Hong Kong Fair Trade Power.

You must agree to not use the ‘Services’ in any of the following ways (or else membership will be cancelled without any compensation):

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the ‘Service’ line, or fails to comply with the regulations of the networks related to the ‘Service’ ‘s program, policies or regulations;
• Harassment of others or harm of minors in any way;
• Impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to any staff of the Hong Kong Fair Trade Power, or make untruthful statements or misrepresent a relationship between any person or entity;
• Plan to interrupt, destroy or limit any computer software hardware or telecommunications equipment, with software viruses or other computer code files and any information program, in addition to uploading posts or through other ways of transmission;
• Violate any local state government, national or international laws and regulations, including but not limited to the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, as well as any legally binding norms;
• Promote or provide any content of any promotion of illegal activities, harm of the safety of others, the masses and animal life.

8. Rejection to Provide Warranties and Liability Statements

• This service is based on the state which user is using and its existence, the user expressly agrees that the risk is borne by the user itself when using this “service”.
• Hong Kong Fair Trade Power will not make any guarantee, whether express or implied, including guarantee of commercial usage, are not subject to infringement.
• Hong Kong Fair Trade Power does not guarantee that services will meet the complete satisfaction of users, and does not guarantee the timeliness of service, security, error, without interruption. Hong Kong Fair Trade Power refuses to provide any guarantees.
• Hong Kong Fair Trade Power is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, and special damages as a result of the use of provided services.

9. Publicity

Hong Kong Fair Trade Power and/or third parties have the right to sent advertisement and promotional materials to users. Such information may be sent to the email addresses of members of Hong Kong Fair Trade Power. Advertising materials may also come from a third party outside of the Hong Kong Fair Trade Power, thus Hong Kong Fair Trade Power is not responsible for the content of such advertising materials; users agree that Hong Kong Fair Trade Power need not be held responsible.

10. Indemnity

You agree that in cases where you, through the ‘Service’, post, transmit or use ‘Service’s; violate the Terms of Service; or harm the rights of others or cause third parties to request for compensation or favor, including reasonable attorney fees, Hong Kong Fair Trade Power and its subsidiaries, branch supervisor, agents, joint vendors or other partners and employees have indemnity from and against damage.

11. Legality

You understand the borderless nature of the cyber world, and agree to comply with all local rules for online conduct and accept the 'regulations' of law. You agree to comply with all relevant laws from Hong Kong or the country you are inhabiting or region or laws relevant to personal information and data.
