 Time: 30min Serves 3-4 person
 Ingredients: 300g Cream Cheese 20g Butter 60g Oxfam Fairtrade Organic Quinoa Biscuits 30g Oxfam Fairtrade Organic Cane Sugar 20g CTM Altromercato Baobab Powder 18ml liquor Juice of half a lemon Fresh berries(blueberries and raspberries) (optional)
1. Melt the butter over low heat. Crush the Organic Quinoa Biscuits to fine crumbs and add to the melted butter. 2. Once evenly blended together, press the mixture into the base of a container, you may greased a thin layer of butter at the base first. 3. Mix together the cream cheese, Organic Cane Sugar, Baobab Powder and liquor until the texture is smooth. Squeeze the fresh lemon juice and mix thoroughly. 4. Carefully spoon the mixture onto the pressed biscuit base and spread evenly across. 5. Optionally add some fresh berries or fruit on the top, cover the container and refrigerate for 8 hours or above.
