Fair Circle, have designed several desserts recipe which can uses fair trade and organic products as ingredients. So that we can admire the effort of producers through making desserts, meanwhile, make your friends and relatives sweet and warm.

*Ingredients Recommendation- South African Organic Rooibos Herbal Tea

Ingredients:

1. 1 tea bag Organic Rooibos Herbal Tea
2. 15 g  Gelatine
3. 200 ml  Water
4. 45 g  Sugar

Procedures:

1. Soak 1 Organic Rooibos Herbal Tea bag in hot water.
2. Mix sugar and gelatine, and then pour them into (1) and stir them until they are completely dissolved.
3. After cooling, pour them into any kinds of jars or bowls for molding.
4. Put them in the fridge for 2 hours
