Fair Circle x New Choi Yuen Village @ Happy Kitchen (Home Cuisine) 
Ingredients: - Fresh Mangos 1.5kg (Product from New Choi Yuen Village)
- Roselle 1.5kg (Product from New Choi Yuen Village)
- Quinoa 1kg (Product from Fair Circle)
- Fresh Soy beans 1200g (Product from New Choi Yuen Village)
- Organic Mascobado Cane Sugar (some) (Product from Fair Circle)
Procedures: - Blend all mangos until they become thick.
- Add someOrganic Mascobado Cane Sugar into mangos and heat the mixture until it becomes mango jam.
- Cool mango jam into fridge.
- Blend all Roselle until it becomes thick and add some Organic Mascobado Cane Sugar into Roselle jam.
- Boil it becoming Roselle jam (about 200g).
- Put Roselle jam into a refrigerator.
- The cooking method of quinoa is just like cooking rice, add some water to some quinoa and boil in the rice cooker.
- Put cooked quinoa into fridge.
- Boil soy bean(5 kg) with soy bean machine to be soybean milk.
- Add some Organic Mascobado Cane Sugar to the milk and cool it in the fridge.
- Pour mango jam, Roselle jam, quinoa and soy milk into a glass cup sequentially. Since some of the ingredients are denser, they would not be mixed up together. As a result, we can see a clear rainbow layer.
