
I am sure you have eaten coconut rice cakes, but how about coconut rice cakes with quinoa and strawberries? Ingredients: - Organic Quinoa 150g
- Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil(cold pressed) 50ml
- Organic Mascobado Cane Sugar 100g
- Local Organic strawberries 10 (produced in North East New Territories)
- Milk 1000ml
- Gelatine powder 50g
Procedures: - Steam the quinoa and then mix it with heated milk, gelatine powder, cane sugar and coconut oil.
- Stir them and then put it into the frige.
- Put some strawberries on the surface of the coconut rice cake for decoration.
