Quinoa risotto with porcini mushrooms
牛肝菌藜麥燴飯

Quinoa Risotto

所需時間 - 35分鐘  
4人份

材料:
公平點有機藜麥 125克
洋蔥 1個
牛油 3湯匙
白葡萄酒 1杯
牛肝菌 50克
蔬菜湯  700毫升
帕馬森芝士 4湯匙(己磨碎的)

做法:
1.    把洋蔥去皮及切碎,用2湯匙牛油炒熟。加入藜麥和酒攪拌,直到所有液體被吸收
2.    加入牛肝菌和蔬菜湯,以文火燉至所有液體被吸收
3.    把剩餘的牛油和芝士加入攪勻
4.    加上少許磨碎的帕馬森芝士作裝飾,即可趁熱食用

**小題示:也可以用乾蘑菇,但需要預先浸在水中膨脹
