A lot of you may concern about the farmers ' actual profits made by selling fair trade products, here comes our sharing.

To Analyze a price structure is not an easy task, but we would like to try our best and share our price structure due to one of the fair trade principles – to promote transparency and accountability in operation.

During a product production, multiple processes are involved apart from plantain by farmers, include logistic, storage, retail and so forth. Moreover, the cost of different process fluctuated frequently. In addition, the process of multiple-origin products (e.g. cookies and chocolate) would be more complicated .
