Since 2012, WFTO ( the former IFAT) declared the 2nd Saturady in May as the World Fair Trade Day. More than 10 millions of citizens in over 70 countries support fair trade in different ways. For instance, they buy fair trade prodcuts or organize different related events.

To be able to bring fair trade into the public's daily life is a vital factor in order to popularize the fair trade movement and increase its impact.  We are glad to see an increasing number of Hong Kong citizens are supporting fair trade in actions. The “Fair Trade Saturday” (#FAIR SAT) campaign is started to encourage the public to put theory into actions on Saturdays. You can advocate the public by sharing your experiences on our campaign facebook page.

Apart from that, we are going to hold events to promote fair trade in the coming Saturdays. Stay tuned and join us!  

Journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step! Lets practise fair trade in action. Spread the movement and just the injustice for the underpreviledged produces.
